However, building and operating a brand was very challenging for a traditional manufacturing company. The company lacked a core marketing department, had no experience in international trade, and was unfamiliar with cross-border e-commerce. The company had to learn how to develop its own e-commerce platform gradually.
Market Expansion
At the end of 2024, the company acquired a cross-border e-commerce company, whose entire team joined Tiangang as the company’s e-commerce department, offering tremendous assistance to the company’s development.
