Warranty Policy

TGpao upholds the principle of “Precision Craftsmanship, Reliable Companionship” and provides a transparent warranty service for all TGpao products marked with the “Warranty” logo. This policy details warranty coverage, service procedures, and limitations of liability. Please read carefully.


1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Main Component Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 1 year from the original date of purchase (subject to the specific terms indicated on the product detail page).

  • Coverage: Covers non-artificial performance failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

1.2 Accessory Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 6 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Covers specific wearable accessories such as tent poles, rechargeable batteries for lamps (excluding normal capacity degradation), and specialized buckles. The exact list of covered accessories is specified in the product documentation.


2. Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase (order number) and a clear description/photos of the issue.

Step 1: Evaluation & Authorization

  • After receiving your item at our designated service center, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection.

  • A detailed Diagnostic Report and Repair Solution will be provided to you within 5 business days.

Step 2: Service Execution

  • Free Repair: For confirmed warranty defects, we will perform all necessary repairs free of charge, including parts and labor.

  • Replacement: If a product has a severe failure and the estimated repair cost exceeds 50% of the current retail price of a new identical item, TGpao will, at its sole discretion, replace the product with a new unit of the same or equivalent model (subject to availability).

Step 3: Return

  • The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you. TGpao will cover the standard shipping costs for warranty returns.


3. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Accidental Damage: Including but not limited to drops, impacts, crushing, liquid ingress, burns, or cuts.

  • Misuse or Abuse: Using the product outside its intended purpose, failing to follow care/use instructions, or lack of reasonable maintenance.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair, alteration, or modification attempted by anyone not authorized by TGpao.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or lightning strikes.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use, including cosmetic scratches, fading, or material softening.

  • Use Beyond Product Lifespan: Failures occurring after the reasonable expected lifespan of the product has been exceeded.


4. Your Responsibilities

  • Retain your original proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice/order confirmation).

  • Use the product according to the provided instructions and for its intended purpose.

  • Contact TGpao Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending any product for service. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.


5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TGPAO’S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PART. TGPAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
