1.2 Defective or Damaged Product Returns/Exchanges

  • Validity Period: Within 48 hours from the date of product delivery confirmation.

  • Process: Please contact us immediately via the platform’s messaging system and provide clear photos or videos as evidence. Upon our review and confirmation, we will arrange a free return or exchange for you (including covering return shipping costs).

Note: For returns not due to product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Platform-Specific Processes

  • Please initiate the return request directly through your Amazon account and choose to return to an Amazon FBA warehouse.

  • Once the returned item is received at the FBA warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically by Amazon’s system, typically without further action required from you.

3.2 Official Website Orders

  • Please log into your account on our official website and submit a return request in the “My Orders” section.

  • Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to ship the item back to our designated return warehouse address.


4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following categories of items are not eligible for no-question-asked returns:

  • Customized or Personalized Products (e.g., engraved items, products made to special specifications).

  • Final Sale / Clearance Items (clearly marked as such on the product page).
