This tent is roomy for a backpacking tent, easy to deploy, setup, and is lightweight.
It is easy to fold back up once I got the fold pattern just right. It’s a functional tent best served for one person and their accompanying [lightly] packed gear. It comes with stakes and poles for the rain cover. I did experience some moisture at my feet because my gear was touching the sides and we got a pretty substantial rain over night, but I was not soaked. The zippers and screen are good quality too.
For convenience, ease of utility, and what it’s designed for, this tent is a good value for the money.
So easy to carry and EASY to setup. Great to have in hunting pack. Definitely pleased with this setup and style tent. If you don’t have the top on, you have pretty much the whole area available for airflow and ventilation. Too rain fly portion does keep water out and no problems with bugs entering.

This tent is amazing! Perfect for a person who likes to camp alone. Its sets up really easy and even comes with a carrying case. The materials seems to be heavy duty, I haven¡¯t had it that long or used it enough to find out if it¡¯ll hold up to harsh environments but so far it¡¯s been great to me! And as easy as it goes up, it folds up with ease! Very nice tent and great price!
This tent is so nice. It was pretty easy to put together. The instructions weren’t great, but if your familiar with how they usually work it is pretty easy to figure out. It fits me well with enough space for my dog. It packs down to nothing, so great for rucking. The zipper works perfectly, and it had a rain cover.
I do a fair amount of camping, and this little tent is a help. I can use it for a quick overnight, or for the first and last nights of a longer camp out, while setting up and tearing down. It is easy to unpack, set up, and repack, and can hold my sleeping pad, pillow, sleeping bag, and me, although not really much else. It aears well made and stitched, and is a good value.
I¡¯m a Marine Corps veteran, and we were issued this style of tent on my last deployment before getting out. That was several years ago, but I still remember it because of how awesome I thought these were.
This one is nearly identical to what we were issued, and pretty much the same quality. I reckon the manufacturer got ahold of an authentic one and made this as close to its specs as possible while keeping it affordable.
This tent is perfect for solo camping. Gives you plenty of room to toss an inflatable sleeping mat inside of it, and use a sleeping bag. You can also place these on top of a cot.
The netting keeps the mosquitoes away, and the rain fly protects from, well, rain. Pops open in 1 second, takes less than 1 minute to close back up once you get the hang of it.
Really happy to be able to use this style of tent again, and almost at the same quality of military issue.
This tent is great for a one person going camping. I got it in color green and I like the color, its just like the pictures. Make sure your giving enough space between you and the tent when your about to release it. Its a pop-up tent so it springs up straight at you when you release it. It almost hit me in my mouth. Its the perfect size for one person and made out of great quality. All zippers and mesh were well made and sowed on. It has enough ventilation since all of the top is just mesh fabric. I haven’t used it in rain yet, but it does come with a rainfall incase its rains. It also comes with the stakes and its own storage bag (for the tent and stakes). Overall, this tent seems to be very well made and haven’t had any issues with it so far. Can’t wait room use it on our winter vacation getaway. Definitely recommend it.
I just got the Ultralight Waterproof Backpacking Bivy Tent, & first impressions are fantastic. It weighs only 2.2 lbs, making it incredibly easy to carry, almost feels like nothing in my pack, perfect for backpacking or solo hikes. I love that the vent in the rainfly opens & velcros into itself to stay open, giving great airflow while keeping rain out. The waterproof material & mosquito proof mesh look solid, so I feel confident it will keep me dry & bug free. I haven¡¯t slept in it yet because there¡¯s snow on the ground, but I can¡¯t wait to try it next to my friend’s lake house next to the water in the Finger Lakes. It seems roomy enough for one person & packs down really small for easy carrying.
This is a pretty awesome tent, it is nearly identical to a US Military issued tent.
Pros: quick set up, room to store gear under tent fly, double sided doors, waterproof, lightweight, big enough for one person, pretty well made, low to the ground.
Cons: I’m 6ft4inches and I fit, but just barely, my head and toes press up against the screens on both ends, almost too much but it’s tolerable. I could not use this as my main tent on an expedition only due to the lack of length.
Cons: zippers do feel like you need to be gentle with them, needs a tent stake loops on the head and foot end to make more storm resistant and reduce tent fly rustling in the wind.
For what it is, it works good. If you’re 6ft 2 in or less, this will work for you.
